Description & Details:

The I-Corp Innovator Outreach Specialist position is possible through a five-year NSF grant (with a potential for renewal). It entails working with the Great Plain I-Corps Hub’s Operations Manager for Recruitment to support the expansion of recruiting and marketing efforts. This full-time (1.0 FTE) position will assist in executing recruitment outreach, identify and attend regional events, and assist in hub expansion efforts.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; travel required; some evening and weekends may be required. 

Advertised Salary:

$52,000+; commensurate upon experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal, oral & written communication skills.
  • Strong Networking skills.
  • Experience in Customer-Focused Functions.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for innovation and Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales or business development experience.
  • Experience with academic processes.
  • Proficiency in a CRM.
  • Strong public speaking skills.
