Job Title:                              Building Services - Custodial/Security (Evening Hours)

Location:                              Mayville State University, Mayville, ND

Compensation:                   $29,000 - $35,000  (Based on experience)

Position Details:

Mayville State University is seeking a full time custodian and night security, who will be responsible for performing custodial work and services for routine cleaning, maintenance, and security of buildings. This is an evening position with hours from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, We are flexible with a Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday shift. This position will be 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime.

Required Competencies:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of material and equipment used in cleaning and upkeep of buildings
  • Experience in custodial services
  • Experience in floor care for tile floors and carpet cleaning.
