POSITION: Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: This is a full-time, 12-month, benefited position.

JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs is a full-time, exempt position, serving on the President’s Administrative Council.
Working under the supervision of the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs, the Assistant VP is responsible for the planning and execution of comprehensive recruitment and enrollment strategies.
The position coordinates and oversees all units in student services, including admissions, financial aid, registrar, and enrollment services. The position will serve on the NDUS Student Affairs Council representing the VP of Academic and Student Affairs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree and five years’ experience in education, business, marketing, or related field. Applicant must have supervisory experience; exceptional organizational skills; computer and database skills; social media expertise; sound judgment in problem solving ability; conflict resolution skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse people and to develop collegial relationships; and ability to demonstrate empathy when dealing with others.
SALARY: $84,500 - $93,000 plus excellent benefit package
