Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Mayville State University, Mayville, ND
Compensation: $37,975 - $45,570 - Based on experience
Benefits: Includes single or family health care coverage (health insurance premiums paid 100% by the university), basic life insurance, EAP, retirement plan, tuition waiver, annual and sick leave. Position Details: Mayville State University has an opening for an on-campus Human Resources Coordinator. Responsibilities include; coordinate recruitment/employment processes, track employee performance management system; facilitate orientation and on-boarding processes; perform personnel administrative functions; filing; completion of various payment forms for HR department; produce HR reports as needed; collaborate with internal and external personnel and serve as a resource to employees and supervisors on policies & procedures.
Required Competencies:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
· Basic knowledge of business processes
· Ability to work with confidential information
· High level of computer/software proficiency
· Superb organizational skills
Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications:
· PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
· Experience in Onboarding processes
· Experience in Recruitment
